Terms and Conditions

One-Time Cost
The AuctionWorx mobile apps are provided with a one-time cost and supported only on the latest version of RainWorx AuctionWorx software at the time of purchase and is liked with that version.

Support
Post-deployment, we offer free email support for AuctionWorx mobile app issues reported within the first 30 days. This includes bug fixes only.

Annual Charges
We do not charge any annual maintenance fees.

Customization
If you require new features, design changes, or version upgrades, these will be treated as customization requests and estimated separately and implemented upon your approval.

AuctionWorx Platform Updates
RainWorx provides two kind of releases:
  • Minor releases which usually have bug fixes but releases frequently
  • Major version releases which can contain a larger number of new features as well as bug fixes. These may get released once a year.
Minor Release Update
It's not possible to update the mobile app for every new minor release, we will internally assess whether any new features are critical to the mobile app. Based on that evaluation, we may update the app accordingly. These updates are not guaranteed and are handled at our discretion.
There is a smaller cost (around $300) involved if the customer wishes to update to the new minor release, both website migration as well as mobile app migration need to be undertaken.
Major Release Update
RainWorx usually releases new features on major releases. So evaluating those features larger set of new features may get enabled in the mobile app as well. Hence there is a larger cost for both website and mobile app migration to the largest major release. Its at customers discretion to update the app.
If a customer has made larger number of customizations then their cost increases in proportion to the effort required to migrate and test the new releases.

Mobile OS Compatibility & Future Upgrade Costs
Every 1–2 years, Google and Apple mandate updates to all mobile applications to ensure compatibility with the latest Android/iOS versions. Such upgrades will be chargeable. Based on the past experience, the AuctionWorx mobile app compatibility upgrade costs typically range between USD $500–$1000, though in some cases they may be lower.

Apple Developer Account Renewal
Since we publish white label mobile apps under the customers account on the Mobile App Store. The customer needs to renew their Apple Developer account annually (USD $99). Failure to do so may result in Apple delisting your app from the App Store.

3rd Party Services
We use OneSignal services for Push Notifications to mobile devices. AI subscriptions are using for AI Title & Description Generation. Barcode Lookup Service is used for product lookup. Based on the usage of these services, the customer may have to pay for the higher plans from these service providers.

IP and Source Code
The AuctionWorx mobile app built by Systenics, the IP (Intellectual Property) is owned by Systenics Solutions LLP. We do not distribute the source code of the mobile app and its customizations to any customer. The client is provided with a self-use license world-wide.
If a client wants to own IP, then a separate customized app can be provided for them.

AuctionWorx Customizations and Changes
Once the AuctionWorx mobile app is deployed for the customer any new customizations of migrations on the AuctionWorx website as well as mobile app can only be done by Systenics. No 3rd party developer or company is provided with the source code to perform other customizations or migrations.

Liability and Losses
Systenics provides the AuctionWorx mobile app as is basis. Systenics is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages.

Guarantee of App Publish on Mobile Stores
Both Apple and Google, keep updating their app stores policies from time to time. There are certain business which are not allowed on the app store. Systenics will make best effort to comply with all policies but cannot guarantee listing of the mobile app on the app store.
